Things to be Excited About:

September is National Yoga Month. I’m thinking about ideas for blogging something special, like a 30-day sequence of poses to explore and write about over the course of the month. I’d also like to do some reviews of the various DVDs I use in my yoga practice, and yoga books I’ve read recently. Fun stuff.  I’ll be working out a (flexible) schedule and would welcome any and all reader suggestions.
